Christian Service Learning is a response to the Gospel message to love our neighbour.

Each of us has a responsibility to give hope to others and, in doing so, to contribute to making the world a better place. Through, Giving Life, The College’s Christian Service Learning programme, students are challenged to enhance the opportunities of others to have ‘life to the full’. Awareness of social justice issues and the principles of Christian Service are developed through the College curriculum.

Service Learning is a compulsory part of the curriculum. Students engage in service activities in the school and in the community and reflect on their service learning experiences though prayer, journals and through meetings with their Learning Advisors. Students in Years 7 and 8 engage in service activities at home, in the neighbourhood or Parish. As the students progress through the year levels the service experiences extend to the wider community.
